BACKGROUND

Staff is recommending that City Council authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with Tom Green & Co. to provide HVAC recommissioning and related services for the Animal Adoption Center. The cost of services is proposed at approximately $50,000 plus expenses for travel, subcontracts, etc. Staff is seeking authorization for an additional $15,000 in City controlled funds.

To obtain necessary services to allow the City to provide services to the community.

Provide for facilities that serve the needs of the community.

SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDED ACTION

Staff recommends approval of Resolution 20-R-35 authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Tom Green & Company Engineers, Inc. for HVAC recommissioning and related services.

FISCAL IMPACT

Up to $65,000 plus expenses.
