BACKGROUND

Mayor Gutierrez requested that this be placed on the agenda for discussion to review current projects under contract and other future projects. This item will cover the current position of the General Fund Reserve. Also, discussed will be a review of the current economic situation both nationally and in Schertz. Finally, we discuss possible areas of reduction in revenues for the city as a result of the downturn.
